2. ⚡ ELECTRICITY & UTILITY FEES
Electricity Fee – $8.00/Day. This fee is not included in the nightly rate and must be paid before arrival via the Airbnb application. Additional charges may apply if usage exceeds the daily allowance.
3. 💧 WATER & GAS
The cost of water and gas is included in your stay.
4. 💡 CONSERVATION TIPS
Turn off A/C and lights when not in use to conserve energy. Check faucets are fully closed to prevent unnecessary water usage or overflow. Check the toilet to make sure it is not running continuously and wasting water. Do not unplug any devices or charging items.
5. 🔑 UNIT ACCESS (SMART LOCK)
You will be provided with a code to access the unit/condo. If a key is provided and it is lost, a $300.00 replacement fee will apply.
6. 🏖️ PRIVATE BEACH ACCESS – BEACH BUS SHUTTLE
The community offers a bus shuttle service to the beach. The operating hours are as follows:
– Tuesday to Saturday: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm
– Sunday: 10:00 am – 2:00 pm

7. 🚗 PARKING
The unit includes designated parking. Please use the assigned parking or guest parking to avoid any fines.
8. 🏊 POOL AREA
Please refer to the pool area for specific pool rules and ensure you follow them accordingly.
9. 🚪 GATED COMMUNITY
This unit is located in a gated community. You will be required to show identification and your Airbnb reservation to enter. This is for the safety of all guests. The unit is located on the 3rd floor.
10. 🚭 NO SMOKING
Smoking, including vaping, is strictly prohibited inside the unit. An additional cleaning fee will apply if this rule is violated.
11. 🎶 NO LOUD MUSIC
Please be considerate of noise levels. Loud music or disruptive noise is not allowed, especially during late hours.
12. 🧑🤝🧑 REGISTERED GUESTS ONLY
Visitors are welcome, but only guests listed on the reservation may stay overnight.
13. 🤫 RESPECT THE COMMUNITY
Please be mindful of noise levels and respectful of neighbors in this residential community.
14. 🐾 NO PETS ALLOWED
Pets are not permitted on the property.
15. 🧴 STARTER SUPPLIES PROVIDED
A starter set of toiletries and garbage bags is included. To purchase additional supplies, please visit a local market to restock essentials.

Ensure the gas stove is turned off after each use to avoid any safety risks.
17. 📞 REPORTING ISSUES
Should you encounter any issues, please report them to the host or co-host.
18. 🪟 KEEP WINDOWS AND DOORS CLOSED
Due to the unit being on a tropical island, we recommend that you keep windows closed during your stay to ensure that the apartment remains cool enough and that you close the front door to avoid anything from getting in.

The unit does not have an elevator.
